What amendment to the US Constitution would you recommend to form A More Perfect Union to meet the needs of people living in the United States in the 21st century?

​Project Description
A More Perfect Union. 2022. The 27th Amendment was passed in 1992, 30 years ago. Has our country changed over any over the past 30 years? Are there issues that need to be addressed that are different than what the people of our country were experiencing in the 20th century? This project provides the students an opportunity to address how they would like to have an important issue addressed by passing the 28th Amendment.
