I view this time as essential to learn more about you, my student, and what is happening in your world. I do not want to say at the end of the year that I do not know more about you than what I knew at the beginning of the year.

Below is the schedule for when Mr. Wince will be checking in with you.
No Interruption Rule:
When Mr. Wince is having a conversation with the scheduled awesome person, it is everyone's responsibility to not let any disruption happen. Answer the phone, engage with whoever enters the classroom so that they do not make it to Mr. Wince.
***EXCEPTION - If you or another student is in immediate danger of physical harm, interrupt Mr. Wince's conversation immediately!
