Project Description

Students will be asked to think about how movements towards equality and justice have taken place throughout U.S. History. Students will be asked to grapple with what role they can play in learning and sharing their learning about how people play a role in moving our country towards a country that demonstrates equality and justice for all.

We will be exploring how elected officials can use their positions to either help movements or silence movements they disagree with.

Students will be asked to recognized the hard struggle that has happened throughout history and how we all can play a role today to continue working towards creating a country that is good for everyone who is living here in Arizona and the United States.
