Can you name a time that you accomplished something meaningful that did not involve some sort of teamwork or collaboration with someone else?

Business owner. Successful artist. Chef. Basketball championship. Loving family. Fun Book Club. Purchase a new house. Finished a marathon. Rockin' musician.

We need to learn how to work with others. We need to have opportunities to listen to ideas that are not our own and compromise to move forward. We need to know how to be responsible within a group and do our part. 

Collaboration is essential and should enhance our successes and learning.
