.

An education leader promotes the success of every student by acting with integrity, fairness, and in an ethical manner.

A.L.I.C.E. Training Presentation

Brief Explanation of Lesson Learned
There are many eyes that are needed to actively and successfully implement new/updated methods for dealing with stressful situations. Conversations about stressful situations can become even more stressful when there is not clarity in the message. I learned of the many hours that are put in to present new information to staff and students.

Development of Personal Education Platform

Brief Explanation of Lesson Learned
Being able to nail down my personal beliefs of being in education allowed me to firmly stand on those beliefs when making the decisions that need to made daily. I know I have a tendency to question why we do what we do and ask how we can do better for our students. I understand that this can make others uncomfortable but I again ask if as educators if we should be comfortable with what we are doing or if risk for giant successes is what is necessary for our students.
