Today, I am grateful for...the juicy, spicy chicken that I was able to make in my air fryer.
Since I decided that I need to eat at home a little more the steak and chicken have been slapping!
I am now leaning towards meal prepping to have something for my lunches at school instead of just going no breakfast, no lunch and having a big dinner. I hate feeling all tired after eating lunch at school but if the portion is right, this may be good.
I want to be intentional about what I do to help feel and be healthy. What I have been doing has not been working so there are changes that need to be made.
